DEPOSITS

The $400 deposits reserves your place in choosing your precious puppy. It is non-refundable and will be applied to the total purchase price of your puppy. The remaining balance will be due when you pick up your puppy.

Lifespan Health Guarantee:

Buyer will have three business days to have the puppy checked by a certified vet. If a certified vet finds the pup to have any congenital, life-threatening issues, buyer may return the puppy. Upon receiving the puppy and a written statement from a certified vet, a replacement puppy or refund will be given.

Guarantee does not cover non-life treating issues such as under/overbite, umbilical hernias, retained testicles, or grade 1 or 2 patella luxation. If umbilical hernia or retained testicles occur, repairs can be made during spay/neuter. Although measures have been taken to keep puppies’ parasite free, if parasites occur, they are not covered in this guarantee. If a certified vet finds the pup to have any life-threatening birth defects in the first two years of the pup’s life, the buyer will receive a replacement puppy, or vet cost will be paid up to what the buyer paid for the puppy (breeder’s choice).

If puppy dies within 24 months of age of a suspected congenital cause, an autopsy must be performed at buyers expense. Hips and elbows will be guaranteed for two years provided no accident has occurred. Hips must have OFA diagnosis of moderate, or severe hip dysplasia for refund or puppy to be given. Proof of OFA evaluation by vet must be provided at buyers expense.

Seller has the right to request a second opinion from a second vet before replacement puppy or refund is given. Vet records must be presented, and puppy needs to be up to date on routine care and vaccinations as well as neutered between 10 and 12 months for refund/replacement puppy to be given. Lynes of Doodles guarantees for the lifespan of the Puppy that is will remain free from the following diseases; Degenerative Myelopathy, Ichthyosis (Golden Retriever Type), Neonatal Encephalopathy with Seizures, Progressive Retinal Atrophy, Golden Retriever 1 & 2, Progressive Retinal Atrophy, Progressive Rod-Cone Degeneration, and Von Willebrand Disease I & II.

Health of Puppy at Departure:

 

Every Puppy is examined by a Licensed Veterinarian. To the best of Seller's knowledge, the above stated Puppy is sold with no known diseases, deformities, or illnesses. Your Puppy is guaranteed to be free of any/all untreatable health conditions. Buyer understands they are required to have their Puppy re-examined by a Licensed Veterinary in their area within seven (7) business days of delivery. If Puppy is believed to have a disease that is untreatable, written documentation from the Buyer's veterinarian outlining his/her diagnoses must be presented to Seller within five (5) business days. Additionally, Buyer must agree to surrender Puppy back to Seller within seven (7) business days of discovery of illness or disease. Seller agrees to provide Buyer with a replacement puppy or a full refund of the purchase price less the cost of transportation. Should Puppy be surrendered, Buyer understands this contract will become null and void. Buyer understands should they fail to surrender the Puppy back to Seller within the timeframe listed above, the Buyer will forfeit all contents of this warranty and agrees to incur any/all medical costs associated with the diagnoses and maintenance of the Puppy. Buyer further agrees to hold harmless the Seller for any current and future medical costs.
